To register an Account and use mp0555 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

Each User is permitted to create and maintain only one Account with mp0555. Creating multiple Accounts (also known as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. If we detect that you have opened or are operating multiple Accounts, we reserve the right to close all such Accounts immediately, void all bets placed from duplicate Accounts, and confiscate any balances or winnings. Duplicate Accounts include Accounts registered under different names but linked to the same person, household address, payment method, IP address, or device.
All Users must complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before processing their first withdrawal. This involves submitting a clear photo of your Indonesian ID card (KTP) and a selfie holding the ID for facial recognition verification. Verification typically completes within 24 hours but may take longer during peak periods or if additional documentation is required. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.
To create an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name (as it appears on your Indonesian ID card), date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information constitutes a breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate Account termination. You agree to update your information promptly if any details change.
During registration, you will create a unique username and password for your Account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Your password should be strong, unique, and not shared with any third party. mp0555 will never ask you to disclose your password via email, phone, or any other communication channel. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must immediately notify our customer support team and change your password.
You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your Account, whether authorized by you or not. This includes all bets placed, deposits made, withdrawals requested, and communications sent through your Account. If you believe your Account has been compromised or accessed without authorization, notify mp0555 customer support immediately via live chat or email at [email protected]. We will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily suspending your Account to prevent further unauthorized activity.
Accounts that remain inactive (no login, deposit, or bet activity) for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. mp0555 reserves the right to charge a monthly administrative fee of Rp 50,000 on dormant Accounts to cover maintenance costs. This fee will be deducted from your Account balance each month until the balance reaches zero or until you reactivate your Account by logging in and placing a bet. You will receive email notification 30 days before any dormancy fees are applied.
mp0555 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian banks and e-wallets: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method but typically start at Rp 10,000 for bank transfers and Rp 25,000 for e-wallets. Maximum deposit limits are displayed at the time of transaction. All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). We do not accept deposits from third-party accounts - your payment method must be registered in your name and match the name on your mp0555 Account.

You may request a withdrawal at any time, subject to the following conditions: (a) your Account must be fully verified via KYC, (b) you must have completed any applicable bonus turnover requirements, (c) your Account must not be under investigation for suspicious activity or Terms violations, and (d) withdrawal requests must be for a minimum amount of Rp 50,000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified bank account or e-wallet registered in your name.

Withdrawals requested during business hours (9 AM to 9 PM WIB, Monday through Sunday) typically complete within 15 minutes to 1 hour. Withdrawals requested outside business hours are processed first thing the following morning. First-time withdrawals may require additional verification and can take up to 24 hours. There are no fees charged by mp0555 for withdrawals; however, your receiving bank or e-wallet may charge a receiving fee.
mp0555 complies with international anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. If we detect unusual deposit or withdrawal patterns, large transactions, or activity inconsistent with normal gaming behavior, we reserve the right to request additional documentation (proof of income, source of funds, bank statements) before processing withdrawals. Accounts suspected of being used for money laundering will be immediately frozen pending investigation, and relevant authorities may be notified as required by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, mp0555, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from this Agreement or your use of mp0555 services shall not exceed the total amount you deposited into your Account during the six months preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory upon which the claim is based.

You may request permanent closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closing your Account, you must withdraw any remaining balance. If you have active bonus funds or pending bets, you must either forfeit them or wait for them to settle before closure. Once an Account is permanently closed, it cannot be reopened. You can request self-exclusion periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 3 months, 6 months, or permanent exclusion. Grounds for involuntary suspension include but are not limited to: underage gambling, identity fraud, multiple Accounts, bonus abuse, collusion, money laundering, or any prohibited activity outlined in Section 8.
Upon Account termination for Terms violations, all pending bets will be voided, bonus funds forfeited, and any remaining balance may be confiscated if the termination was due to fraudulent activity. If your Account is closed for reasons not involving fraud (such as voluntary closure or jurisdiction restrictions), your legitimate withdrawable balance will be returned to you following standard withdrawal procedures. mp0555 is not obligated to provide advance warning before Account suspension or termination when violations are detected.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to this Agreement or your use of mp0555 services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia. By accepting these Terms, you submit to the personal jurisdiction of Indonesian courts for the resolution of any disputes.
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable. If modification is not possible, the invalid provision shall be severed from this Agreement, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
This Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and mp0555 regarding use of the Platform and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, or communications, whether written or oral. No waiver of any provision of this Agreement shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision.
